    IHOP is one of the breakfast stops I enjoy making. This mornings stop was a unique one for me. The restaurant was not busy and we had our selection of seats. We asked for a booth and as we were taken to a seat the waitress was finishing a wipe down on. We were glad for that. Unfortunately though, the booth seats had scattered pieces of fried food on them and grease marks. This was cleaned off after I drew attention to it.To be honest, I was taken back as this is unusual for my experiences here.  
    Despite the clean up, our meal and time was good. The pancakes here are some of my favorites. Today though, I tried something new. The Monte Cristo was a good mix of variety matched with the hash browns.

    Service is usually pretty slow and it takes forever to get your food. The syrups containers are dirty and it doesn't seem like the waiters enjoy their job. Wish it was better since it's usually not packed, but that's because people have figured out it is a time COMMITMENT if you want to eat there.

    Food was great . However it made me sick how the waiting staff talked to the cooks . Absolutely the most disrespectful people display I've ever seen .

    This IHOP is so unorganized. Very slow service. It's very confusing if you are to pay at the table or up at the front. When it's time to pay the waiter Is no where to be found. The food is okay. It's hit or miss here. I've been to better ones!

    Wow i was amazed!  To be honest the last time not so much.  Called for a carry out, Sydney ??? Was my server.  Called placed order it was correct and hot even hot by the time I got home.  It was fresh and really good.  Sydney was super nice and she carried great conversation with me while I waited for the order to complete.  I will make sure when I'm in need of late night breakfast food this is where I will go! Way to go Sydney.
